Professional Bicycle Mechanics Association Code of Ethics
Members of the Professional Bicycle Mechanics Association shall uphold and advance the integrity, honor and dignity of the bicycle mechanics profession: by using their skills and knowledge to protect the safety of the cycling public; by being honest and impartial; by striving to increase the competence of bicycle mechanics; and, by using their knowledge and skill to advance the safety, participation and enjoyment of cycling at all levels.

- Advise their employers or clients when they perceive that a consequence of their duties will adversely affect the safety, health and welfare of any member of the cycling community.
